Your staff is not only professional, but very friendly and welcoming.   I have been to several other places to get my botox and fillers in the past, only to find that those services were treated as quick “drive through” procedures often administered by assistants, and not the doctor.

Hello, My name is Rebecca, I started going to Transformations by MD about 3 months ago.  This program has helped me make many positive changes in my life.  This program is about making lifestyle changes.  I have to admit that at first I struggled with my own self-doubt.  I thought I couldn't do it.  I had tried many diets in the past, you name it I tried it, and I always gained all the weight back plus 15 pounds more after I quit the diet.  Well, here it is I will never have to say or think of being on another diet again!  I don't have to deprive myself any more.  I have learned from Dr. Gullick that I need to make changes one or two each week until it becomes a habit.  Baby steps in a very positive direction.  This program has given me a new outlook on my life.  I'm so excited with every new day because not only am I accomplishing my weight loss goals, I feel AMAZING!!!!!!!   I started exercising and I actually look forward to it.  I love drinking the green tea, all the new snack replacements that she introduced to me.  I still eat out with my family and go to parties.  I find myself eating a lot less than I did before.  I want to tell you that Dr. Gullick introduces new foods and ideas each week and helps you find ways to make it work.  If your having a hard week or two, she just keeps on with positive encouragement and eventually you make all of these terrific changes.  Dr. Gullick's program is unlike any other.  I LOVE IT!!!!  I will reach my weight loss goals and be able to maintain them because of the tools she has given me.  I hope that everyone who has ever struggled with yo-yo diets will try this program.  You won't regret it.  You have nothing to lose, except weight.  Speaking of weight, I've lost 18 pounds so far!!!!
